Don't let the little black dress fool you!  This is one ER RN who knows her stuff!  Leslie B.  has practiced ER nursing for nine years and has 11.5 years of nursing experience in total.  She's been a traveler for eight of those years and is with Cirrus for the fist time.  She has worked in Level I, II and III Trauma Centers located in places such as Hawaii, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Louisana, North Carolina and other places as well.  Leslie comments about being a traveler, "It's like being on vacation.  You do all the touristy stuff, see the highlights and move on.  You get to do things that you never dream you would be able to do and you don't have to deal with hospital politics".  We asked Leslie what she wants others to know about being a traveler.  Her response, "it builds your confidence as a nurse, enhances your skill level and builds your confidence personally".  What she likes most about working at Cirrus is her recruiter.  "She is absolutely wonderful and Cirrus has done exactly what they told me that they would do."  That means a lot.  Her advice to new travelers, "get everything in writing.  Don't let the hospital staff bully you around.  Be assertive in your actions while at work and do everything you can to see everything you can at each location".
