This former Pittsburg Pirate doesn't look like too much of a looter, but no one can contest that he's not one of the BEST Respiratory Therapists traveling today.  Jeff H. is from the Cary, NC area and has been practicing Respiratory Therapy for 18 years (he must have started when he was 12, judging on this picture!!-ha).  Jeff has been a traveler for 5 years and has been with Cirrus for 1.5 years.  When asked about what he likes about traveling, he said that he loves to see how different hospitals implement the same ideas.  He has been able to bring big facility processes to rural areas, but confesses that he learns a lot from the smaller facilities as well.  He says that traveling definitely broadens his knowledge base as a Respiratory Therapist and as a result, it's made him much better at his job.  It also keeps him updated on various equipment.  He's put 110% into his career and it's paid him back 110%.  He treats his patients like family.  He offers the following advice to new travelers, " Have a willingness to learn, keep an open mind and respect the differences in how different hospitals perform different tasks and accomplish the same results. No one place does things the same."  The reason he travels with Cirrus:  He completely trusts his recruiter, gets immediate results that are always fair, gets paid well, and the locations that are open for him to travel to.
