Featured Travel Nurse

Name:  Kimberly

Title : OR

Kimberly is a OR nurse from Uniondale LI. She is currently working at Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC. This is her 4th assignment with Cirrus. Kimberly has traveled to Arizona, Vermont and now in Washington- My fiancé Fred works for the Government, he was relocated to Washington so we decided to join him. “We” are I and my 2 cats; Morgan- 18 years old and Cody who is 11. Although they are cats they enjoy traveling as well.

We asked Kimberly what she likes to do for fun- I like to go shopping, anything that has to do with shops, and I am there. I like to browse through different stores, boutiques and malls. We asked Kimberly is there any funny stories or memories during her travels- Well something usually funny happens at the hospital or at home; it could be from my cats doing something crazy of joking around with my co-workers. I also keep in touch with my traveler friends that I used to work with as well. We keep in touch via phone, email and texting.

We asked Kimberly does season influence her choice of travel- No I wouldn’t mind traveling to New York in the winter or Florida in the summer but for now I will probably stay in DC with my fiancé. I am also working on getting my MSN (Masters in Science and Nursing).

We asked Kimberly how she finds out about new assignments- My recruiter Annette Bolster is wonderful. She constantly keeps in touch with me on updates and with new jobs in the area. She knows exactly what I like and what I want to do. Annette is in my corner! I really enjoy working with her. Cirrus is a great company and everyone is helpful. I would refer anyone that has an interest in traveling to Cirrus. Traveling is a great opportunity for anyone that would like to visit different places. I plan to continue my career with Cirrus. We are glad to have Kimberly be a part of the Cirrus Family. Congratulations on doing a fine job!!!
