HERE, THERE, EVERYWHERE!! Chances are that you've seen Cathy K's gorgeous smile in your OR somewhere along the line.  She's one of the most flexible Cirrus Traveler's on the market.

Cathy's operating room skills and Tennessee charm put her in big demand among our clients.  Nurse Managers, Surgeons and Staff alike rave about her performance and her winning attitude.  Cathy has been a traveler for eight (8) years.  She's traveled with Cirrus for nearly one year now.  Cathy claims that traveling as an RN has enriched her life in the fact that she is now more flexible and open to change.  It's also helped her to become more perceptive of others.  As far as her career advancement, traveling has broadened her nursing skills.  "There's so many different ways to accomplish the same outcome in surgery."  Traveling has given her opportunities to sample work in small, rural hospitals and in large, Level I Trauma Centers / Teaching hosptials in states such as TN, VA, VT, ME, NC, SC, GA, FL, MA and NY. She also takes Sebastian, her "possessed" cat, to all of her assignments with her.  

Cathy's hobbies on the road include shopping, shopping and more shopping!  She loves to see the sites around her assignments and, of course, sites along the way to her assignments.  She loves to read as well.  Did we mention that she loves to shop?

Cathy's favorite travel experience took place in VT.  The fall colors are incredible!  She also went "moosing" in NH.  Great fun!  When asked what she likes most about traveling, she states, "flexibility in working where I want to work, the money, and taking vacation when I please."  She also likes meeting the new people and seeing new places.  Her advice to new travelers:  "Make sure that you're comfortable enough with your skills to be flexible to perform many ways."  She's a treasure to work with and we're proud to have her at Cirrus!
